30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. If you're not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll provide a full refund of your hosting fees.

Refund Process

To request a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Submit a refund request through our billing department at billing@hostingsmm.com
  • Include your account username and the reason for your refund request
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services and products are not eligible for refunds:

Services Not Covered by Money-Back Guarantee

  • Domain registrations and renewals - These are regulated by domain registrars and cannot be refunded once registered
  • SSL certificates - Once issued, SSL certificates cannot be revoked and refunded
  • Dedicated servers and VPS hosting - These services require dedicated resources allocation
  • Add-on services - Including but not limited to: dedicated IP addresses, premium support, and migration services
  • Renewals - Refunds are only available for initial purchases, not renewals
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion:

Service Downtime

If our services experience significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that is directly caused by issues on our end, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit equivalent to the downtime period.

Billing Errors

If you've been incorrectly charged due to a billing error, we will promptly issue a refund for the overcharged amount.

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund via alternative methods at our discretion.

Currency and Fees

All refunds are processed in the original currency of payment. Any transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your service and avoid future charges, you must cancel your account through our billing panel or by contacting our billing department at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Simply not paying your invoice does not constitute cancellation. Accounts with unpaid invoices will be suspended and eventually terminated with all data permanently deleted.
